Peru is a top destination for all adventures and outings in nature. Mountain biking there is simply top notch. The trails are endless and the mountains are massive. There is something for all abilities. If you happen to fall in the expert class the trails are sure to impress as they can be as steep, technical and fast as you desire. But it is the type of place that you don't want to try to figure out on your own; it is just way too big. Let Wayo and his crew hook you up with some of the world’s best riding in some of the most beautiful places on earth. Wayo's experience as a rider is world class and his knowledge of the Peruvian trails, as a local who has been riding there for years, is hard to match. I really enjoyed being out in the middle of nowhere and taking on these amazing trails. Also, the Sacred Valley rides were inspiring. If I could do it all over again, I would call Wayo with Inka Adventures. And PS, the food in Peru rocks!

If you go to Peru there's only one guy to call, Wayo, who owns www.inkasadventures.com. He knows all the good trails and is fast as hell. Without him, we wouldn't have had the trip we did. He showed us some really remote downhill sections of the Inca Trail we would have never found.

My tour with Wayo was probably the best mountain-bike adventure of my life! The itinerary allowed us to immerse ourselves in the Andean culture while riding incredible trails amid jaw-dropping scenery. If you love travelling and mountain biking, you have to do this trip. It was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that I can't wait to come back and experience again.

My mountain bike experience of last May in Peru with Inkas Adventures was really awesome, as I knew Wayo from my biking friends here in Chile and we had the chance to visit him and the rest of the Peruvian riders in Lima a couple of years ago, as well as to receive them here in Chile, I knew that was the best way to spent that little free time I had out of work. Not only the places and biking routes are amazing, it's the people that makes the difference between a good ride and the best of your life. That's right, having a top level mountain biking guide is all you expect to make it special, to try to catch up the guide all the way. By the other hand, going around that wonderful places with local riders get you to know deeper the people, their traditions and way of life, even to learn some Quechua language!!!
Well, all I can say is that I can't wait to have another chance to get some more Inkas Adventures mountain biking tours.
Keep on riding!! |

Thank you for providing the great ride in the Lares Valley, it was a great day. The ride was a little bit above my skill level but it was great for my son. Russo had the patience of a saint and waited time and time again for me. My son James said the ride was the highlight of our trip so I have no regrets. Russo was great at taking pictures without any prompting from us. James particularly liked the downhill section at the end of the ride.
